Cooking has always been a passion of mine. Finding fun ingredients and staple recipes I can use and share is one of my love languages. What makes cooking different for me is that I have celiac disease. Meaning I cannot have gluten, wheat, barley, or rye, and absolutely no cross contamination (difficult right?). Being diagnosed with celiac gave me a lot of answers, but a lot of problems. Eating out is hard. So that's where my love of cooking has come in. So, if you know someone gluten free by choice (or by force) any of these recipes should be friendly to them!
